Guilt - It's What's For Dinner!

October 15, 2005 / by psychovirus

Do you have a load of guilt? Do you feel like there's a sword hanging over your head? Are you constantly taking the blame for everything that happens? If you answered yes to even one of these questions then you feel like you lost the love of your parents to your younger sibling. You didn't know what happened but you thought that you must have done something for them to leave you alone for so long when they took care of your sibling. Ever since then, you've taken the blame for everything that you were even remotely connected with.

There is something to be done to alleviate you of this problem. Forget the memories that make you blame yourself. Because of your initial experience of losing love and taking the blame for it, you've carried a load of guilt the size of Texas all your life. You've likely tried various methods to relieve yourself of this feeling but none of them worked. This statement, forget the memories that make you blame yourself, will be the relief you have looked for. It reprograms you subconscious mind as to your behavior which has been to blame yourself for everything. Your subconscious mind has been told to stop using such memories to direct your behavior so that you can stop blaming yourself.

Of course, you still need to take responsibility for what you do. So, remember the memories that let you blame yourself. Thus your subconscious mind is reprogrammed to allow you to blame yourself but only when it is appropriate. You'll no longer `have to' blame yourself all the time. You'll only take responsibility for that which you've directly had a hand in causing, good or bad.

You'll feel some relief right away. Over the next 2-3 days you'll find yourself feeling much better as you quit carrying your guilt around like a shroud. Enjoy the release!

I am just curious as to what you do for a living? You have alot of counseling, but what do you do in an average day? Work all day, drink all night, happy family, stay at home, intertain friends, alone, with loved ones, ever stressed yourself, are all your thoughts something that you relate to??? Just curious, not trying to be anything else. Have a nice day.
