Energy Crisis?

October 29, 2005 / by psychovirus

This one is for all the people who feel tired all the time. You only get half as much done as you thought you would. You think you are `spinning your wheels' without getting anywhere. You believe you shouldn't be so exhausted after a day of working. This is for you.

Being tired, `spinning your wheels', and generally feeling exhausted come from memories. The initial memory causing this condition (in general terms) is of you accomplishing something when you were young. It did not turn out as well as expected. An adult in your life told you "You did the best you could." You had used a lot of energy to accomplish what you did. Yet it was not enough. When you were told that you had done your best, it caused you to believe that if you use enough energy it will be good enough. This is despite the fact that it did not turn as well as it could have.

What can be done? Forget the memories that make you use energy. Such memories start with the scenario described above. Other memories are accumulated which reinforce this. Such memories will no longer direct your behavior. Forget the memories that make you use energy instructs your subconscious mind to stop using those memories to direct your behavior. They have made you use energy even when using energy was a pointless, wasted effort. You even knew it was a pointless, wasted effort but you could not help yourself.

Now, there are other memories already present in your subconscious mind that know how as well as when to use energy. These memories need to be in place to direct your behavior appropriately. Remember the memories that let you use energy. This instruction for your subconscious mind turns it on to using the memories of using energy appropriately. Thus when you need to use energy to accomplish something, you can. When you do not need to use energy, you do not have to.

The result of this help is that you are better able to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. These things are the condition of ceasing to use energy. If you could not stop using energy, you could not truly rest or relax. Also when you really needed energy you did not have as much because you had used up so much already. So this help is about conservation of your resources. You use energy when you need it. You stop using it when you do not. Resting and working will both go much better with the balance created by this help!

This one describes me throughout my childhood years. I got a double whammy from my father. First off he instilled the idea that you've gotta work hard and long. Then when I'd done that to accomplish something difficult, he never rewarded it, instead indicated it was worthless!

    Thanks, once again!
